Kuang Chuan upholds the management philosophy that good raw materials create good food. Our management requirements for selecting high-quality raw materials are quite rigorous. For food ingredient source management, we require all suppliers to possess HACCP, FSSC22000 and other food safety control system verification qualifications. Suppliers must cooperate with Kuang Chuan's unscheduled factory evaluations and inspections annually. Our evaluation standards require excellent level or above performance to become qualified Kuang Chuan suppliers.

Supplied raw materials must include qualified inspection reports and certificates of origin, which have become essential documents for quality control acceptance.

As the leading brand in Taiwan's dairy beverage industry, based on Kuang Chuan's quality policy of 'Kuang Chuan's dedication is customers' peace of mind', we require our laboratory quality management systems to comply with ISO/IEC 17025 international certification standards. Our quality control laboratory became Taiwan's first CNLA microbiology field accredited laboratory in 1996 and passed TAF (Taiwan Accreditation Foundation) laboratory quality management system accreditation.

To strengthen rigorous inspection of raw material acceptance and product quality, our company established the 'Kuang Chuan Food Safety Laboratory' in 2016. We employ the most advanced high-end precision inspection instruments and professionally trained inspection technical personnel. The facility was designed to meet national-level laboratory standards and passed TAF laboratory accreditation in early 2018. In early 2019, we became a Ministry of Health and Welfare certified food inspection institution, conducting food safety monitoring and quality assurance for consumers to 'eat with peace of mind'.
