Chiayi Branch

In 1988, recognizing Taiwan's rapid economic transformation and vigorous economic development, we decided to establish a second domestic factory to meet people's growing demand for dairy products and beverages. This began our search for a suitable factory location. Chiayi is located in the center of the Chianan Plain, with abundant resources, sufficient labor, and convenient transportation. The newly developed Minxiong Industrial Zone offers particularly well-equipped industrial facilities, so we purchased 13,600 ping of land at this site for factory construction. In March 1989, our company established a construction committee specifically responsible for planning the factory construction project. Ground-breaking began in August of that year. The entire building was designed with three floors above ground and one underground level, with a total construction area of 11,000 ping. The first floor serves as filling, packaging, and material storage space. The second floor houses production, blending, and raw material storage. The top floor contains water and electrical equipment rooms. The underground level serves as an air raid shelter. Machinery and equipment installation was completed in April 1991, and the facility officially joined our production operations in June 1991. This added another dimension to Kuang Chuan's capability in providing healthy, delicious food to the people.
